Kevin Brozovich, SPHR, owns and operates HRM Innovations. He has over 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience, including 11 years at a Toyota group company where the principles of lean were a way of life. Recognized for his ability to organize and lead diverse areas, Kevin started as the HR Manager and ultimately became a member of the executive leadership team responsible for the HR, Purchasing, Accounting, Business Planning, Safety and Environmental departments. He also served as Business Ethics compliance officer, ISO-14001 management representative, and liaison to the sales organization.
Kevin has Bachelor’s degrees in both Human Resources and Management, has been a member of KHRMA for 17 years and has been SPHR certified since 2000. He lives in Kalamazoo, Michigan with his wife, three sons, and antique car, Bessie.

Tania Brammer is the Director of People Engagement at HRM Innovations and has 20 years of human resources and management experience. Formerly the Vice President of Human Resources for Indymac Bank, she is highly regarded in all areas of human resources and specializes in a variety of organizational development initiatives and talent selection systems.
Tania has a Master's in Administration in Human Resources and Leadership from Central Michigan University and Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of St. Francis. She is an avid golfer and triathlete training for her first Chicago Marathon as well as a half and full Ironman competitions. She lives in Kalamazoo, but likes to spend quality time “up north” to decompress and enjoy the great outdoors of Michigan.

Carrie Nicholson is the Director of People Placement at HRM Innovations. As a former HR Manager with extensive experience in the staffing industry, Carrie is focused on understanding the intricacies of each customer's business needs and staffing challenges and has an inherent ability to successfully match a prospective candidate within each organization's unique culture. Carrie earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University and is pursuing her Master's degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University.
Carrie likes playing competitive sports and is a fitness/wellness fanatic! She enjoys traveling, interior design and landscaping. Carrie lives in Portage with her chocolate lab, Riley.

Tami Brozovich is the Office Manager at HRM Innovations. As one of the most organized people we know, Tami is responsible for keeping our financials in great shape. Tami has her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Central Michigan University.
Tami is actively involved in the lives of her three sons and serves as the President of the Loy Norrix Marching Band Parent association and Committee Chair of the local Boy Scout Troop. She enjoys scrapbooking and healthy cooking.
